She recognized her abilities and had some struggles while wanting to implement her core values to the projects she was managing. Then she decided it was time to launch her new construction business.   Her incredible strong work ethic, discipline and perseverance allowed her not only to succeed but to emerge stronger and better suited over other construction companies.
